We ship fast — and we pack with care. Here’s what to expect when you order from Best Day Ever Kids.
Where we ship from
All orders ship from our California location.
Processing time (order prep)
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Important note about tracking:
You may receive a shipping notification as soon as a packing slip and shipping label are created. That means your order is in the fulfillment queue — but it may still be getting packed and prepped before it’s handed off to the carrier. Tracking will update once the package is scanned in by the carrier.
Shipping methods + costs
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout (standard and expedited, when available).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and your order’s weight/size.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. As a general guide:

Standard shipping: typically 3–5 business days after carrier pickup

Please note: delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and can be affected by weather, holidays, and peak shipping seasons.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Carrier delays, lost packages, and delivery issues
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier. If you run into an issue (delay, mis-delivery, or missing scan), we recommend contacting the carrier first with your tracking number.
