• Free shipping: U.S. orders of $100+ and international orders of $200+ ship free with standard shipping. Otherwise, costs are shown at checkout.
• Delivery: Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after the carrier picks it up. Faster options are available at checkout.
• Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
• Delays or missing packages: Contact the carrier with your tracking number, then email info@bestdayeverkids.com and we'll help with the claim.

Full shipping policy

• 14 days: Return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
• Final sale: Swimwear, sale items and anything marked Final Sale can't be returned or exchanged, unless it arrives damaged, defective or wrong.
• Condition: Unused, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
• How: Sign in to your account, open the order and choose Return items. For an exchange, add the size you want in the note. Wait for approval before sending anything back.
• Shipping: Return shipping is on you unless we made a mistake. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping of the new piece within the U.S. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
• Refunds: Within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect your return, to your original payment method.
