That’s why we’ve switched to appointment-only shopping, giving you the entire store (and all the attention) to yourself! Whether you're on the hunt for a unique gift or refreshing your little one’s wardrobe, we’re here to make your experience personal and fun.

Bring the kiddos and dive into our world of whimsical, trendy toddler and baby styles. Our team is ready with styling tips, outfit inspiration, and plenty of smiles!

Appointments are available Tuesday-Saturday from 11 AM - 4 PM. Book your spot through our online scheduler and get ready for a private, magical shopping experience!

Shipping Policy for Best Day Ever Kids

• Processing Time: Orders ship within 1-2 business days from California.
• Shipping Methods: Choose standard or expedited shipping at checkout.
• Costs & Delivery: Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days.
• Order Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• Carrier Responsibility: After shipping, any delivery issues should be addressed with the carrier.

Returns Policy for Best Day Ever Kids

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Final sale items and those purchased with the BESTDAY10 code may have different terms.
• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags, and show no signs of wear or damage.
• How to Return/Exchange: Visit our returns portal, enter your order number, select items, and provide a reason for return or exchange.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We cover shipping for exchange items.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
